1. Services. Wally's Oaks & Bliss ("the Company") agrees to provide the spirit-free beverage services described in the Package Summary above. All beverages are non-alcoholic. The Company will supply all equipment, staff, and branded materials as outlined in the included services.

2. Payment. A non-refundable deposit of thirty percent (30%) of the estimated total package price is due upon execution of this Agreement to secure the event date. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to the event date.

3. Cancellation. Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before the event date shall receive a full refund of payments made, minus the deposit. Cancellations between fourteen (14) and thirty (30) days before the event shall receive a fifty percent (50%) refund. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days of the event are non-refundable.

4. Setup & Teardown. The Company requires venue access at least ninety (90) minutes prior to the event start time for setup, and will complete teardown within sixty (60) minutes after the event concludes.

5. Client Responsibilities. The Client agrees to provide adequate space, access to water and electricity, and any necessary permits or venue approvals. The Client is responsible for ensuring guest compliance with venue policies.

6. Liability. The Company shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the event, except those caused by the direct negligence or willful misconduct of the Company or its staff. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against all claims arising from the event.

7. Spirit-Free Guarantee. All beverages served by Wally's Oaks & Bliss are exclusively spirit-free and non-alcoholic. The Company does not serve, store, or facilitate the service of alcoholic beverages.

8. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the event takes place.
